Thanks so much to everybody that took the time to provide feedback on the site. It was greatly appreciated, and so much overwhelmingly positive feedback certainly helps to keep me inspired. Here is what we decided; once the new site goes up:
- All previously created tickers will keep working. (This was always going to be the case).
- People with My Lilypie accounts will still be able to view, delete and get the code for tickers created on the old site.
- People with tickers created on the old site will no longer be able to edit the tickers created on the old site.
Of course, for tickers created on the new site people with 'My Lilypie' accounts will be able to edit and create tickers just as before.
For those who haven't seen it, if you want to get an idea of what the new Lilypie site will look like, we have created another site using the new platform called
PitaPata. It has pet tickers for cats, dogs and horses.
