Stop date for 'Waiting to Adopt' & Breastfeeding tickers.
For Waiting to Adopt and Breastfeeding tickers we have added an optional stop date. The stop date stops the ticker from updating past this date. The stop date is used if you want to continue to display how long you Waited to Adopt, or Breastfed.
